ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.60 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is an allegation that the petitioner had given a blow on the head of the informant with a hard and blunt substance, but the injury report, which has come in the case, reveals that there

In view of the fact that the injury report belies the prosecution case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga, in connection with Jamalpur P.S.
