JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd.

2. A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. stating therein that a three member committee was constituted by the authority concerned to examine the grievance of the petitioner and after examining the matter, the committee calculated and recommended a Rent of Rs. 99,825/- (Ninty nine thousand eight hundred and twenty five only) for 11 month for payment to the petitioner and the same has been credited in the account of the petitioner on 29.03.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received the aforesaid amount.

4. Considering the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
