JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1. That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for granting the promotion to the petitioner in Sub-ordinate Education Service (Primary Wing) Cadre whereby and whereunder similarly situated person to the petitioner has been granted promotion in S.E.S.

Cadre (Primary Wing) but petitioner has been denied for the same without any rhyme and reasons."

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated persons to the petitioner have

Patna High Court CWJC No.14342 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 been granted similar relief vide Memo No. 583 dated 03.06.2016 and Memo No. 642 dated 29.06.2016 as contained in Annexures-2 and 3 to the present writ application but the petitioner has been denied for the same.

The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 1, the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna. The respondent no. 1, the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in light of the persons who have already been granted relief, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
