Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. A country made pistol was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2016.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi/Successor Court, in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.234 of 2016, with condition that petitioner
