Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the Additional Director General of Police (Headquarters), Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 2) to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. To facilitate the above, the petitioner is directed to prefer a reminder to the Additional Director General of Police (Headquarters), Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 2) along with a copy of this order, so that the matter could be taken by him for disposal of his representation.

3. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
