The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhgarh P.S. Case No.306 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 30(b), 30(c), 37(b) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory confessional statement of the co-accused Govind Yadav, who was arrested on the spot and the petitioner has one criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10829 of 2022(2) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 antecedent of similar nature under the Excise Act. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)].Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
