Case No. 230 of 2019, dated 28.06.2019, instituted for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR has been registered against unknown. Later, the petitioners are said to have been apprehended with the stolen motorcycle. The petitioners have been named in the confession of co-accused persons and they have also made their confessions before the Police.
