Petitioner is accused in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 319 of 2016 registered under Sections 272,273,120(B) of the I.P.C and 30(a), 32(2), 38,45 of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession and has no concern with the occurrence. He is in custody since 17.12.2016.
