The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 353, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the petitioners having arrived at the Anganbari Centre, Ward No. 7 at Radispur Panchayat in the Aam Sabha being held for appointment of Sevika and Sahaika, where the petitioners are stated to have indulged in scuffle and are alleged to have torn the documents of Aam Sabha.

No.9025 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners are innocent, are having a clean antecedent and have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that no scuffle had ever taken place inasmuch as no injury is stated to have been sustained by any member of the prosecution party.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail- bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
