2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 344 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 3(5) of the BNS and later on Section 103(1) of the BNS was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are accused of participating in the murder of the deceased and injuring other person.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10118 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 dismissed.

6. The petitioners must surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
