This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of the occurrence of theft is against unknown.

Submission of the petitioner is that name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused, Chotu Singh, and nothing was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.12.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Turkaulia (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 652 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
