JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2019 In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 22.07.2019, the respondent Nagar Parishad, Madhubani has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that all the admitted outstanding retiral dues of the petitioner has been paid, details whereof has been mentioned in paragraph nos. 6 and 7 of the said counter affidavit.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the statement made in the counter affidavit are true, the petitioner has no grievance, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to revive the present writ petition, in case the statement made in paragraph nos. 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit are found to be incorrect.
