The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Basantpur (Lakri Nabiganj) P.S. Case No. 329 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having kidnapped the victim girl.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the statement made under section 164 Cr. P.C. it is apparent that the petitioner does not have any complicity in the said occurrence. In fact, the victim girl has also stated in her statement that as far as Akshay Dubey and the petitioner are concerned, they have no role in this case. It is further

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Basantpur (Lakri Nabiganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 329 of 2018.
