Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Bazar Police Station Case No.336 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

The petitioner and others were apprehended on suspicion that they were going to commit dacoity. From possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol was recovered.
