The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016 registered under Section 30 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The petitioner was apprehended with 35 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor. Cash and mobile were also recovered. Small quantity of foreign liquor was also recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 12.10.2016 has he has remained in jail for about five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11877 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Sonepur in Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016.
