2. The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the judgment dated 29.1.2024 passed by Hon'ble Member (Judicial) Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No.418 of 2022 whereby case filed by the petitioners has been dismissed;

(ii) for setting aside the order dated 6.3.2022 passed by Additional Collector, Gaya in Mutation Revision Case No.75/2017-18 by which he has dismissed the revision and affirmed the order dated 22.9.2017 passed by the learned D.C.L.R. Sherghati in Mutation Appeal No.30 of 2017-18 whereby and whereunder the DCLR Sherghati affirmed the order dated 21.11.2012 passed by Circle Officer,

(iii) for grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that Title Suit No. 87 of 2022 is pending before the Court of learned Sub-Judge, Sherghati, Gaya and he shall be pursuing the said case diligently.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of allowing him to pursue the remedy before the competent Civil Court. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
