2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., four unknown miscreants, on the point of pistol, looted three T.Vs and two mobile phones from the shop of informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
