JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 504, 506, 353, 379, 337, 338, 307, 427, 224 and 225 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the police personnel went to proceed with the seized illicit liquor then 25 FIR named including the petitioners and 50-60 unknown persons abused and assaulted the Home Guard constables and took away seized liquor. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that though, the petitioner is named in the FIR but the accusation of either abusing or assaulting is not specific against the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 307 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
