Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2016 registered under Sections- 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not concerned with the seized articles. Charge has been framed in the case but no witness has been examined as yet. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 21.07.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
