JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 12.4.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.21307 of 2018 and vide order dated 5.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 52838 of 2018 and the allegation against the petitioner is that he killed his daughter and wife and thrown the dead bodies by the side of the road.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since long and till date the trial has not been concluded even in spite of the direction of this Court. Heard learned APP and perused the report, from which it appears that prosecution evidence is closed and the case is fixed for statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. on 1.4.2019. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
