The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwa P.S. Case No.256 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 307, 324, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that there is only allegation of inflicting knife blow on the head of the informant, against the petitioner but no injury was found on the person of the informant. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a
