JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 This is an application for modification of the order dated 20.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12438 of 2016 to the extent of dispensation of the petitioner from personally appear before the court below on each and every date. It is submitted that petitioner is a soldier of Assam Rifles and he is presently posted in the State of Manipur and thus, he is facing great inconvenience to remain present on each and every date before the learned court below. The aforesaid ground, in my view, is not sufficient for modification of the order dated 20.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12438 of 2016. Petitioner has other remedy.
