====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2017 Heard and perused the record.
This revision petition has been preferred against the order dated 05.01.2015 passed by learned District Judge, Begusarai in Misc. Case No. 48 of 2012 by which and whereunder he restored original Misc. Case No. 42 of 1982 on its original number with consent of parties to the aforesaid miscellaneous case.
Although the impugned order was passed with consent of the parties to the aforesaid miscellaneous case yet the same has
Patna High Court C.R. No.31 of 2015 (3) dt.29-06-2017 2/2 been challenged by the petitioners, who had given their consent before the District Judge, Begusarai for passing the impugned order.
Therefore, I do not find any ground to interfere into the impugned order. Accordingly, this revision petition stands dismissed on admission stage itself.
