JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the application. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 17.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 12180 of 2017, whereunder the petitioner was granted bail, with regard to the P.S. Case number in the cause title of the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while petitioner is accused in Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017, but, inadvertently, in the cause title of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 12180 of 2017, Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017 was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17463 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 typed and in the second paragraph of the order dated 17.03.2017 Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 9 of 2017 has been typed and he prays for modification in the cause title and second paragraph of order dated 17.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 12180 of 2017.

In view of the above, the order dated 17.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 12180 of 2017 is modified to the extent that in the cause title thereof, the Hajipur Sadar be read as Hajipur Nagar and in the second paragraph of order dated 17.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 12180 of 2017 be read as "Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017" in place of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017.

With the aforesaid modification, this application is allowed.
