JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.8.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 32871 of 2018 on the allegation of kidnapping of minor sister of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that son of the petitioners has been granted anticipatory bail and for that reason this application has been filed and now the girl has already married with the son of the petitioners. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of above submission and,
