The learned counsel for the Biscomaun, at the outset, submits that a cheque of Rs. 44,590/- drawn on Canara Bank having Cheque No. 215407 dated 29.04.2023 is being handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the cheque.
