The petitioners seek bail in Bithan P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016 under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a), 32(ii), 41(i) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

From two bags, imperial blue containing 180 M.L. of forty pieces and 11 bottles, each containing 750 M.L. of imperial blue, were recovered from possession of the petitioners and the petitioners are in jail since 23.12.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the F.I.R., the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two
