The petitioner has filed this petition for restoring Cr. Misc. No.49738 of 2017. The petitioner filed Cr. Misc. No.49738 of 2017 for grant of regular bail which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 23.01.2019. I do not find it appropriate to restore Cr. Misc. No.49738 of 2017.
