Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of sodomy against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. case no. 243/2014 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Madhubani stands rejected.
