Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR, relating to an offence of robbery, is against unknown.

Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Amarjeet Sahni who has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 38818 of 2016 on 15.11.2016. The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2016. Petitioner has not been put on TI Parade as yet nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Though there is mention of seven criminal cases

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7730 of 2017 (3) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 against the petitioner in paragraph 3 of the bail petition, however, perusal of FIR of six cases reveals that four cases were registered against unknown.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur/successor Court in connection with Kalyanpur Police Station Case No. 28 of 2016.
