2. State counsel accepts notice of respondents.

3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an order/orders, direction/directions, writ, including writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to pay the dues salary of the petitioner from 16.08.2018 to till day.

(ii) For issuance of an order/order, direction/directions, Writ, including Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to provide food grains (Posahar) to the Anganwari Centre No. - 208 (Goraul), situated at Ward No. - 8, under Gram Pachanyat Raj Goraul.

4. In support of the aforesaid relief, petitioner submitted application on 31.01.2020 and 22.02.2020 vide Annexures 3 and 4 respectively. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner in passing a speaking order. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, monetary benefits shall be extended along with 8 % interest on arrears of salary. If the petitioner is continued in service, in that event, she is entitled to pay attached to the post and the same shall be paid from time to time.

5. With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed off.
