2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are alleged to have obtained appointment, as Amin in Survey Department, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners were appointed, as Amin on contract basis, after investigation of all their educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19997 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 without proper verification. Moreover, petitioners have already been terminated from the service. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that petitioners have already been terminated from the service, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P. S. Case No. 401 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
