JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other accused persons assaulted brother of the informant and in course of treatment he breathed his last.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedents. They are ladies. No specific overt act has been alleged against them. General and omnibus allegation has been made against them.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5325 of 2016 (3) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no. 217 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
