Let the District Education Officer, Chapra take cognizance of Annexure-2, dated 28.04.2011 and pass a necessary order within a period of three months. The Court regrets to record that an application of the petitioner filed way back in the year 2011 was not acted upon, which has created the present litigation, which was totally avoidable and unnecessary.

If the time-frame indicated by the Court is not adhered to, the said authority will be held personally liable. Writ application is disposed off in terms of the above direction.
