This Interlocutory Application is allowed. The heirs and legal representative of appellant no. 2 namely Smt. Vimla Devi and respondent no. 2 namely Arjun Singh as mentioned in this Interlocutory Application be substituted and the names of appellant no. 2 namely Smt. Vimla Devi and respondent no. 2 namely Arjun Singh be expunged from the array of the parties.
