The petitioners seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and the petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since 27.12.2019.

Case No. 531 of 2019.
