Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of gang rape against these petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. case no. 53/2014 pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria stands rejected.
