This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Chakia P.S. Case No.156 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 & 366-A of the Indian Penal Code and under section 8 of the POCSO Act. 3.
The petitioner is the father of the main accused, Mukesh Ram, who has kidnapped the victim. 4.
The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the father of the main accused who kidnapped the victim, this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10151 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th District & Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.156 of 2024. 7.
The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted by the court below only after the main accused, Mukesh Ram, surrenders in the court below.
