The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, the anticipatory bail application was earlier rejected by this Court on 09.10.2015 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 42647 of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of rejection of the anticipatory bail of the petitioner, the documents was not available with the petitioner, in fact, deceased sustained burn injury in course of cooking food and she was rushed to the hospital. The prayer of anticipatory bail application has already been rejected by this Court, as such, I do not find any
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7251 of 2016 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 reason to reconsider the prayer of anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
