Petitioner is accused in connection with Case No. 199(C-2) of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. So far as the seizure list is concerned, the police have taken his signature on blank paper. The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
