Petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 12 of 2016 registered under Sections- 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of only 45 liters of wine petitioner has been in custody since 29.12.2016. Petitioner has been implicated on suspicion only. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16205 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with G.O. Case No. 12 of 2016.
