The Interlocutory Application stands dismissed. Re.: CWJC No.3649 of 2015 The writ applicant is an accused in Anugari P.S. Case No.56 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code in which charge-sheet has been submitted to the Court and the writ applicant is arrayed as an accused. Therefore, the present is a case where the writ application is nothing but to take a plea in defence in criminal trial initiated against him. Consequently, the present writ application is disposed of with liberty to the writ applicant to take such pleas as are available to him during the course of trial before learned trial Court.
