Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 / 323/ 324/ 325/ 354/ 379/ 34/ 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, 2001.
Both sides are agnates. Specific allegation of commission of injury at the hand of the informant and at her head is against co-accused Pankaj Sah. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of theft.
Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties as well as considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner which appears to be exaggerated version, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10337 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepur/successor Court in connection with Srinagar Police Station Case No. 67 of 2016.
