Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3246/2013 in which cognizance has been taken under sections 406 and 465 of the IPC.

Although there is accusation against the petitioners that they having prepared forged and fabricated documents got registered sale deed in respect of land of the complainant but admittedly, registered sale deed is still in existence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6686 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Diviya Vashishta Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur/concerned court in Complaint Case No. 3246/2013 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
