JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after six years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of demand of diary after six years of marriage appears to be unreasonable. The victim died due to diarrohea. It is further submitted that the complainant retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4540 of 2016 (2) dt.28-01-2016 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.333 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Bettiah, West Champaran.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
