The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended four persons and the apprehended persons disclosed the name of the petitioner who managed to flee away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has got only one case pending against him. Petitioner is in jail since 11.12.2016 and he has remained in jail for about five months.

No.21096 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016.
