No. 1100 of 2009 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2009 by which he has refused to discharge the petitioners. Considering that the Petitioners seek discharge on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
