2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section(s) 324, 326, 337, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/35,27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have shot at the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023.
