Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) Quashing of the notice to show cause bearing Letter No. 4629 dated 20.12.2019 (Annexure1) issued by the Engineer in Chief (Head Quarters) (Respondent No. 2) by which the petitioner has been asked to show his causes as to why he should not be blacklisted for a period of 10 years for corrupt practices in terms of Clause 11 (K) (ii) of the Bihar Contractors Registration Rules, 2007; and (ii) Restraining the Respondents from giving effect to the Notice to Show Cause bearing Letter No. 4629 dated 20.12.2019 (Annexure-1) issued by the Engineer in Chief (Head Quarters) (Respondent No. 2) during the pendency of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3290 of 2020 dt.18-10-2022 2/2 present writ petition."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to respond to the notice to show cause as also take recourse to any other remedies as are provided under law.

Permission granted.

The instant petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
