The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of certiorari for set aside the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.3876 of 2024(2) dt.24-06-2024 2/3 30.10.2023 passed in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 03 of 2023-2024 passed by the Circle Officer, Begusarai whereby and where under it has been recommended that the Jamabandi No. 2300 is recommended for cancellation which has been named in the name of the petitioner;

(ii) for commanding the Respondent No.

7, the land in the name of the petitioner for which Jamabandi has been issued in the name of the petitioner, has been recommended for cancellation; (iii) for commanding the Respondents that the land in the name of the petitioner in Jamabandi No. 2300 may be continued in the name of the petitioner;

(iv) for commanding the Respondents that the physical possession of the petitioner over the above stated land should not be disturbed.

3. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Begusarai (respondent no. 12) within four weeks from today.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if he approaches the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms within four weeks, the same shall be expeditiously concluded.

5. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that the petitioner approaches
